About Me

For over 21 years, I’ve worked as a full-time artist, with my paintings now held in private and corporate collections around the world.
I work on quick studies in gouache and drawings, collecting information to make larger paintings in the studio.

My main mediums are oil, acrylic and gouache. And my constant is to pare back and simplify what I have seen. Often, a series of colours stay in my minds eye which I use to make the paintings. I will often make colour swatches beside the plein air paintings to jog my memory.
